Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before enrolling in any program or using any services offered by Living Proof Leader LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By enrolling in a program, submitting an application, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not enroll or use our services.

1. Services

Living Proof Leader LLC provides Christian men's leadership coaching programs, community access, group coaching calls, and related content and resources (collectively, "Services"). Current program offerings include:

Living Proof Leader Core — 12-week program including biweekly 1:1 coaching calls, weekly group calls, community access, weekly modules, and scorecard tracking

Living Proof Leader Foundations — 12-week program including weekly group calls, community access, weekly modules, and scorecard tracking (no 1:1 coaching)

Brotherhood — ongoing alumni community membership with monthly group calls, monthly challenges, and quarterly 1:1 check-ins (Core alumni only)

Program details, structure, and inclusions are described on our website and may be updated from time to time. Enrollment in a specific program constitutes your agreement to the terms applicable to that program.

2. Eligibility

Our Services are intended for adults 18 years of age or older. By enrolling, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment to anyone at our sole discretion.

3. Enrollment and Acceptance

Submission of an application does not guarantee enrollment. All applicants are subject to a qualification process. We reserve the right to accept or decline any applicant without cause. Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or execution of a payment plan agreement and our written or electronic confirmation of acceptance.

4. Payment Terms

All program fees are due as specified at the time of enrollment. Payment options may include payment in full or an approved payment plan. By enrolling in a payment plan, you authorize Living Proof Leader LLC to charge your payment method on the agreed schedule until the full program fee is paid.

Payment plans are not subscriptions and cannot be cancelled mid-program. You are responsible for the full program fee regardless of participation level or program completion. If a scheduled payment fails, we will make reasonable attempts to notify you and collect payment. Failure to resolve a failed payment within 5 business days may result in suspension or termination of program access without refund.

All payments are processed through Stripe. By providing your payment information, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Living Proof Leader LLC does not store your full payment card information.

5. No Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. LIVING PROOF LEADER LLC DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

By enrolling and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree that:

No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: dissatisfaction with the program, personal circumstances, inability to participate, scheduling conflicts, or early departure from the program

Partial completion of the program does not entitle you to a partial refund

Removal from the program for conduct violations does not entitle you to a refund of any kind

Payment plan obligations remain in full effect regardless of participation or program access status

We encourage all applicants to thoroughly review program details and ask any questions before enrolling. The qualification process exists in part to ensure mutual fit before any financial commitment is made.

6. 1:1 Coaching Calls

Clients enrolled in the Living Proof Leader Core program receive biweekly 1:1 coaching calls (6 calls total over 12 weeks). The following policies apply to all scheduled 1:1 coaching calls:

If you need to reschedule a call, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance

If you miss a scheduled call without rescheduling, you have 3 days (72 hours) from the originally scheduled call time to reschedule

Calls not rescheduled within the 3-day window are forfeited with no replacement or credit

Forfeited calls do not extend the program duration or entitle you to additional sessions

Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may be grounds for removal from the program at our discretion

We respect your time and ask the same in return. These policies exist to protect the integrity of the coaching relationship and ensure availability for all enrolled clients.

7. Group Calls and Community Access

All enrolled clients receive access to weekly group coaching calls and the Brotherhood community for the duration of their program. Group calls are held on a set schedule and are not recorded for individual replay unless otherwise stated. Missed group calls are not made up or credited.

Community access is a privilege, not a right. We reserve the right to remove any member from the community at any time for conduct that violates our community standards, without refund.

8. Client Conduct and Program Integrity

Living Proof Leader LLC maintains a standard of integrity, accountability, and respect within all program environments. By enrolling, you agree to:

Engage honestly and in good faith with all program content, coaches, and fellow participants

Treat all program participants, coaches, and staff with respect

Refrain from sharing, distributing, reproducing, or reselling any program content, materials, or intellectual property without written permission

Maintain confidentiality of information shared by other participants within the community and group calls

We reserve the right to remove any client from the program at any time for conduct we deem disruptive, dishonest, disrespectful, or inconsistent with the values and standards of Living Proof Leader LLC. Removal for conduct violations does not entitle the client to any refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All program content, materials, workbooks, scripts, frameworks, video content, and resources provided through Living Proof Leader LLC are the exclusive intellectual property of Living Proof Leader LLC and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Your enrollment grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use program materials for your personal development only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any program content without prior written consent from Living Proof Leader LLC.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties and Results

Living Proof Leader LLC provides leadership coaching and personal development content for informational and educational purposes. We are not licensed therapists, counselors, psychologists, financial advisors, or legal professionals. Nothing in our program constitutes professional mental health, financial, legal, or medical advice.

Results from participation in our programs vary based on individual effort, commitment, and circumstances. We make no guarantees of specific outcomes, transformations, financial results, or relationship improvements. Any testimonials or examples shared are not guarantees of similar results.

Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Living Proof Leader LLC, its owners, employees, coaches, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your enrollment in or use of our Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the total amount paid by you to Living Proof Leader LLC in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Living Proof Leader LLC and its owners, coaches, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your use of our Services, your violation of these

Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Living Proof Leader LLC with respect to our Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
